How do I find a site for my new home?

Heritage will assist you in locating a site that will accommodate your new home.
Will I need a building permit?
Yes, again Heritage will assist you throught the process to secure a building permit.
How long does it take to complete the purchase of a new mobile or manufactured home?
Generally within 6 to 8 weeks. We sell and install new homes year round.
Can I choose my floor plan?
Yes, our manufacturers offer a wide variety of floor plans in single and double wide homes.
Can I customize my new home and decor?
Yes, you can customize your new mobile, manufactured, or modular home floor plans to suit your housing needs. You can select from an endless list of options and decors. (Whirl pool bath suites, stainless appliance packages, fireplaces, wood or gas burning with stone or wood facing, lighting packages, cabinetry, plush carpeting, atrium doors, French doors, residential molding, 6 panel interior doors, hardwood flooring) + much more. It depends if the home is vacant or occupied, Generally speaking the process takes four to six weeks.

Do I need to be approved by park for tenancy?
Yes, all new tenants must be approved by the park management prior to closing. This is a very simple procedure. In most cases we can obtain an application and guide you through the process.
How long does it take to be approved for tenancy?
Most parks will process your application within a few days.
Do parks allow dogs?
Yes, there are parks that allow dogs.
Do parks offer a lease?
Yes, a one year lease is offered and is renewable on a yearly basis. You will be offered a new lease 90 days prior to the expiration of your current lease.
Do parks have rules and regulations?
Yes, rules and regulations may be obtained from the park management or Heritage will obtain them for you.
